DIRECTIONS FOR HOT CHOCOLATE: Add 250 ml (1cup) of 2% milk to a saucepan and bring to a simmer while stirring constantly. Add 3 level tablespoons of Chocolate Chaud mix and continue to simmer and stir for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Watch that the mixture does not scorch. Pour into mug and top with freshly whipped cream.
