Refund policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing: info@heatherlea.ca. 

For perishable food products, we obviously cannot take returns. But, if you are unsatisfied with what you have received please contact us right away and we will do our best to make it better.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
