WE ARE BOTH.
We are a farm, butchery, bakery, and local food shop in the rolling Hills of Caledon. Our Black Angus Cattle are raised-naturally without added hormones. We then dry-age for 21 days (or more) for flavour and tenderness.

Tender & Flavourful
Our cattle are raised on pasture and then finished on hay, silage, and a small amount of grains, without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics. Our beef is dry-aged in our aging vault for a minimum of 21 days making our beef extremely tender with outstanding flavour.

Our family and team believe in creating foods with natural ingredients - no funky stuff or fillers. Our prepared meals, sausages, and burgers are all made with ingredients you recognize.
