

Fresh caught Wild Salmon from the Pacific Northwest. Slather a soft bun with your favourite fancy mayo and top with lettuce, tomato and thinly sliced cucumber for a real west coast taste.

Ingredients: Sockeye salmon, water, vegetable oil (sunflower), tapioca starch, sugar, salt dehydrated carrots and onions, spices, dextrose, potato starch, pea protein, corn fibre, garlic dehydrated, sodium phosphate, mfg aid (silicon dioxide, vegetable oil).
Directions: Cook from frozen only. Grill, pan-fry or barbecue for approximately 3 - 4 minutes per side on medium-high heat. For best flavour and texture, DO NOT OVERCOOK.
