Ingredients: Pacific Halibut, Pacific Cod and/or Pollock, Rice Crumb (Rice Flour, Xanthan Gum, Evaporated Cane Sugar, Yeast, Sea Salt, Ascorbic Acid), Potato Flake (Potato (Dry) Monoglycerides, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Citric Acid), Water, Mustard Seed, Scallions, Parsley, Dill Weed, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Red Chili Flakes.
Directions: Cook from frozen only. Grill, pan-fry or barbecue for approximately 3 1/2 minutes per side on medium-high heat. For best flavour and texture, DO NOT OVERCOOK. Burger may look slightly underdone but will continue cooking after it is removed from the heat source.
