Join Jack in the butcher shop to learn how to truss and break down a chicken.  This is a thorough hands-on class that includes demonstration of various techniques.  Learn about each cut and how they are best prepared.  Participants go home with a small butchery knife and the chicken that you have butchered yourself!

However, late cancellations do not allow us enough time to re-sell your seats. All sales are final and no refunds/credits will be issued for this class. If a class is cancelled at any time by Heatherlea Farm Shoppe due to unforeseen circumstances, all class fees will be fully refunded.
