This pasta has been made in memory of Jordana Fiorini. All purchases will be in support of DIPG Research at @sickkidstoronto with 50% of proceeds being donated directly. We’ve been making this pasta for several years now and kids absolutely love it!
Ingredients: pasta (durum semolina, whole eggs, water, salt), beet juice, carrot juice, paprika, saffron, and spinach powder.
Cooking Instructions: Cook rapidly in boiling salted water for 4-6 minutes until al dente.
