She started her meal prep company, hearts and beets, after learning how many people want to eat healthy but don't have the time, energy or know-how. hearts & beets offers clients menu planning, grocery shopping and meals cooked at home in their kitchen's from scratch. No clean up required! Rachel combines her nutritional knowledge and passion for healthy cooking when preparing nourishing meals for her clients that are not only delicious, but nutrient-dense as well. She aims to use simple and wholesome ingredients that are fresh, organic and as local as possible. Rachel's goal is to change people's lives with nutrition and education one gluten-free muffin at a time.
