Ingredients: sole, yellow corn flour, canola oil, water, modified corn starch, rice flour, salt, baking soda, disodium dihydrogen diphosphate, garlic powder, onion powder, xanthan gum.

Cook from frozen only. Conventional Oven.

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C)
  2. Place battered fillets in a single layer onto a non-stick tray.
  3. Bake on middle oven rack for 18 to 21 minutes or until fish are golden and crispy. Turn half-way.
